Changing the plugs on a 1995 DB7.
There was a lot of surface corrosion, could only have come from engine cleaning over the years. Water finding its way into the spark plug recesses.
Swapping the standard plugs for iridium.
Had to make sure all of the rust was removed before the plugs taken out. Plugs also very tight, slowly had to flood recess with release agent, move a couple of degrees, move back. Kept doing that for 5 -10 minutes each, vac the release agent out before the final turn.
New plugs arrive today, will put antisieze on new plug threads so no issues in the future.
I love this car.

What a morning! We can't thank Karen Seaman and the year 4's at Dunsborough Primary School enough. Excited to have committed to this year's Wescarpade with Canteen, the children's cancer charity.

With an old Disco 2 that was very kindly donated by a customer (thanks Andrew), we have to find and fit a new gearbox, get it over the pits, 'dress it up' and raise $5k by October. :)

No problem.

Sussex Lodge have underwritten the venture with proceeds from sales of 'cars for charity' vehicles going to camp quality.

It's our first charity run, a week on the road, not too sure what to expect but sure it's going to be a great experience.

Hello all.
You might have heard about an app called Chat GPT.
If not, it's AI software that will answer questions or requests.
I asked it a few random questions then (for some sad reason) I asked it to write a poem about Land Rovers.
I'm sure this is original and can't find anything close. I'm so blown away I needed to post. Hope you like it. Its an incredible future we are moving into.
