Hey guys.
Things have been a bit slow at Western Sky Motors over the last week as I try to balance the business with rebuilding my life. I'd really appreciate any financial support as I had previously already being doing it tough keeping the business running through covid. I'd really appreciate any help possible but understand a lot of us a doing it tough right now for various reasons.

Did you know you can provide or request a roadworthy certificate when changing ownership of a vehicle??
A great idea at minimum if you aren't getting a pre-purchase inspection carried out before purchasing a vehicle.
We also do tailored pre purchase inspections.

Another post about using non original filters.... Just chuck a Ryco filter in.... She'll be right... No, she won't be.
This Mini Cooper S filter was fitted around 5000km ago. The owner had an oil change carried out to make sure OEM parts had been used.
Luckily we did as the paper element was not strong enough to support the pressure relief valve inside the oil filter housing. Even with the extra plastic ridge.
If it was left any longer it would have started breaking apart and going through the motor, which we have also seen before.
We ONLY use OEM filters on European vehicles.
