McKay Performance Centre is looking for a Parts Interpreter / Front of House Representative to join our growing team in Dubbo.
This is not your typical office job!

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves the automotive industry, understands performance vehicles and 4WDs, and takes pride in helping customers and keeping a busy workshop running smoothly.

You'll be the link between our customers, suppliers and workshop team, handling:
✅ Parts sourcing and ordering
✅ Quoting repairs and upgrades
✅ Customer service (phone, email, social media & face-to-face)
✅ Scheduling and workshop support
✅ Following up suppliers and deliveries
✅ Keeping jobs organised and moving efficiently

The ideal person will:
✔ Have automotive industry knowledge or parts interpreting experience
✔ Be highly organised and detail-oriented
✔ Have excellent communication skills
✔ Be confident using computers and learning new systems
✔ Be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✔ Have a genuine passion for cars, 4WDs and performance vehicles

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who cares about the customer experience and takes pride in their work.

V8 HELLCAT JEEP GLADIATOR 🔥 | Exhaust by Manta

This exhaust system was developed by Manta Performance for Mckay Performance Centre - NSW as part of their Jeep Gladiator Hellcat V8 conversion packages, delivering a purpose-built solution tailored to this high-performance platform. 🛻💨Collaborating with McKay Performance on this project has been a great experience, and we’re extremely pleased with the end result — we’re excited to see this system rolled out across more of their Gladiator builds.

Our R&D team has approached this build with a focus on precision engineering, durability, and fitment — ensuring the system performs seamlessly under demanding conditions while complementing the capabilities of the Hellcat-powered Gladiator.

This project is also contributing to the ongoing development of our upcoming Jeep Gladiator V6 exhaust range, including:

• Cat-Back Exhaust Systems
• Manifold-Back 3-Inch Systems
