This is a caterpillar new scroll injector pump we repaired for a local business working in Gympie QLD. There machine developed a miss fire so they sent It back to Dubbo for Allsorts diesel repairs to sort out for them. Upon inspection we found a cam follower stuck in The bore. And an unserviceable camshaft. Here is a few pic of the job.👌

This is a New scroll pump we did for a customer at Armatree NSW. Out of a Caterpillar D7R. Complaint was hard starting and Low engine response speed. striped it down and found excessive wear on the barrels and plungers from contamination and high hours.

Evening all…. Just thought I would do a little post on what we are about. We are a small family business that specialises in caterpillar fuel injection systems. We can repair and overhaul all makes of caterpillar injector pumps. Including Scroll pumps, New scroll pumps, sleeve metering pumps and forged body pumps including obsolete models.
