1975 Holden HJ Kingswood — GTS Mock-Up 🖤

Had this tough old Holden in for a much-needed freshen-up. The black paint had plenty of heavy swirls, scratches and overspray to work through, so there was a fair bit involved in getting it looking this good again!

✅ Full wash and decontamination
✅ Engine bay clean
✅ Overspray removal
✅ Three stages of paint correction
✅ Finished off with GYEON Wax for added gloss and protection

A lot of time went into this one, but seeing that deep black shine come back made it well worth the effort. Always enjoy getting my hands on an old Aussie classic like this. 👌

CHEVROLET SILVERADO ZR2 🔥
Bringing back the depth, clarity and gloss this black paint deserved!

This Silverado arrived with paint overspray across multiple panels. Unfortunately, a previous attempt to remove it had also left behind heavy swirl marks, rotary trails and holograms, clearly visible under direct light.

Getting the finish back on track started with a thorough wash and clay bar decontamination to remove the overspray, followed by careful paint correction to address the damage and refine the finish.

The result? Richer black paint, sharper reflections and a huge improvement in gloss and clarity. 👌

Black paint can be incredibly rewarding to work on, and seeing a transformation like this makes the time and attention worthwhile.

Back in February 2025, I protected this beautiful Ford Mustang Dark Horse with my Ultimate GYEON Protection Package. Today it returned to the Autoglow studio for a thorough Ceramic Maintenance Detail.

The paintwork was carefully washed and decontaminated to remove the buildup that can mask a coating’s performance, bringing back its beautiful slickness, gloss and water behaviour.
