Newly created positions to meet demand in busy Dandenong based Workshop.
Experience in dealing with public is a must.
Foreman Duties include
Liaising between workshop manager, warranty company and general manger to exceed customer expectations.
Sourcing parts
providing quotes
invoicing
coordinating repairs both on and off site.
warranty claims
staffing & rosters

previous experience in similar role is preferred however any experience in problem solving and customer service will be highly regarded, as will the ability to use both desktops and tablets.

Qualified Mechanics & Apprentices also required for Full time employment
RWC Testers Licence would be an advantage but not a requirement

RWC Tester / Mechanic x 2 required for busy workshop in Melbourne’s south east suburbs.
Positions have become available for an experienced senior mechanic within our workplace.
We are a large independent workshop that currently checks over 100 cars per month for rwc and has a large servicing and maintenance clientele. We need a team player to join us and assist in growing and taking our company to the next level..

Must haves:
1) a passion for all things mechanical – we don’t just look after cars
2) be skilled in diagnostics – sometimes you need to put a screwdriver to your ear
3) attention to detail – our customers are most important
4) ability to service all things petrol and diesel – occasionally electrical too
5) punctuality – we operate on time, our customers depend on it
6) RWC Testers license

This role will also oversee a team of mechanics, ranging in experience and suited to someone who's looking for a change or ready to take the next step in their mechanical career.
