The Role:

If you have a trade certificate in mechanics with experience within a workshop setting we have an exciting opportunity for you to work within a dynamic, high performing and motivated team. Are you looking for a career change no more weekend work only Monday to Friday requirements, get back to living life, your weekends are your own, we are looking for a qualified motor mechanic.

About you:

Essential requirements:

A trade qualification as a motor mechanic
Attention to detail and taking pride in performing your role at the highest level of customer satisfaction
Experience with a wide range of light, 4WD, European vehicles
Reliable
Open to learning new skills and techniques whilst working within a supportive team.
Current drivers License
Preferably:

Experience in commercial would be advantageous
Roadworthy knowledge
Roadworthy certificate would be advantageous

We are looking for a Full-Time qualified mechanic for our workshop which has been servicing Dingley Village and surrounding suburbs for over 30 Years.
With a very well organised workshop we pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service.


To be considered for this position you must have:
* Experience with wide range of light vehicles all makes and models, 4wd, European, all commercial types of vehicles etc
* Work well as a team and be a great communicator
* Drivers licence essential
* Exceptional diagnostics skills
* Positive and can-do attitude
* Experience with General day to day servicing
* Log Book Servicing
* Roadworthy knowledge
* General workshop duties





Working week is Monday- Friday with no weekends.

Salary Negotiable based on experience and qualification for the right candidate

Good evening all,

With the on going battle of roadworks and Covid 19 , We are still here in the tin shed trying to get through.

We have had a small win and are happy to announce that the automotive industry (VACC) and The Victorian government have come to the conclusion that even though some people are not considered as essential workers everyone is still required to maintain there motor vehicles to keep them roadworthy and safe.

What this means is that you are able to drop cars off and pick-up from the workshop, or For those who are not in the position too we can organise to book in a time to collect and deliver back your vehicle.
We are enforcing our Covid safe plan along with Contactless delivery/ payment.
In edition all vehicles will be sanitised before and after every service. And don’t forget you will receive a Complimentary bottle of hand Sanitiser.

Good Evening All,

Dingley Village Mechanical is trading as normal. We have stepped up our Hygiene level in our bit to fight the Covid 19.

All cars will be sprayed with covid combat before and after entry from any of our qualified mechanics. We are also offering a contact free door to door pick up and drop off service.

After every service you will receive a complimentary bottle of hand sanitizer.
