We are looking to add a workshop foreman to our team

Permanent full time position

38 hours per week 8.00am to 4.30pm with no weekends
We are looking for a tradesman with high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills able to work independently and in team situations
You will be rewarded in this roll with well above award wages including tool allowance, annual leave loading and a fuel card

Duties will include:
• Carrying out diagnostics on all makes of vehicles
• General servicing, minor & major repairs
• Assisting management with quoting
• Directing and controlling the technicians
• Monitoring workshop staff performance and productivity.
• Ensuring all work is completed to the Manufactures guide lines.
• Mentoring productive staff and apprentices.
• Monitoring diagnosis procedures and staying up to date with factory processes.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
• Previous experience as a Foreman, Diagnostic Technician or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of automotive service and repair.
• Emphasis on core processes, quality work, & great customer service.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage your time and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A current QLD Drivers Licence.
