Being close to the NSW border, we’re staying neutral at Tyrepower Currumbin… well, at least until kick-off! 😆

The series is locked at 1-all after Queensland’s huge Game 2 comeback, setting up a winner-takes-all decider at Suncorp Stadium.

🏖️ Tyre Safety Tip Tuesday: Heading to the beach? Don’t forget to adjust your tyre pressure!

Planning a beach adventure? One of the easiest ways to improve safety and reduce the chance of getting bogged is by lowering your tyre pressures before driving onto the sand.

✔️ For most 4WDs, a good starting point is around 16–20 PSI. If the sand is particularly soft, you may need to reduce pressures further, but do so gradually and only if required.

A few extra beach driving tips:
• 🛞 Lower your tyre pressures before entering the sand.
• 🚙 Drive smoothly and maintain steady momentum—avoid sudden acceleration, braking or sharp steering.
• 🛤️ Follow existing tracks where it’s safe to do so and avoid unnecessary wheel spin, which can dig you in.
• 🌊 Be mindful of tides and avoid driving through salt water whenever possible.
• 🔧 As soon as you’re back on sealed roads, reinflate your tyres to the manufacturer’s recommended road pressure before travelling at normal road speeds.
