- Fit, remove and repair mining (OTR), industrial (cranes, reach stackers), truck and LV tyres (workshop + field)
- General tyre shop duties including housekeeping, stock handling and assisting team members

✅ Requirements
- Certified Tyre Fitter (Cert II – Heavy or equivalent)
- Forklift licence required
- Current C-Class driver's licence; HR preferred
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Drug & Alcohol testing compliance

Job Vacancy - Title: Admin/Customer Service
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin to join our team in Northam.
The position is Full time however hours are flexible.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in admin and Customer Service. This position requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, as well as excellent customer service skills. Key responsibilities include quoting, invoicing, reconciling accounts and stock ordering and entering.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Xero and Tidy stock software
- Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and send quotes to clients.
- Enter stock information into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in admin and customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
