Yassin is a real go-getter who brought determination and a fantastic attitude to every lesson. Alongside the support of our instructor Greg, and plenty of hard work with his parents, Yassin developed impressive skills behind the wheel and drove amazingly well on assessment day 👏

As a wheelchair user, Yassin learnt to drive using mechanical hand controls, showcasing how the right vehicle modifications and support can help make driving independence achievable.

Bebe has been working with us since March 2024 with both Greg and Sherri as her Instructors, and it’s been an absolute pleasure to support her throughout her journey. From the very beginning, she showed great potential, but it’s her dedication, persistence, and hard work that truly made this result possible 👏

Reaching this milestone took real commitment, and Bebe put in the effort every step of the way to achieve her 120 hours and build the skills needed to succeed.

🔧 Modification Monday: Left Foot Accelerator 🚗

A left foot accelerator is designed for drivers who are unable to use their right foot, allowing them to safely operate the accelerator with their left foot instead.

Suitable for (not limited to):
• Right lower limb amputation
• Stroke
• Incomplete paralysis
• Other conditions that limit the function of the right leg (e.g. neuropathy)

With the right setup and training, a left foot accelerator can help drivers regain confidence, control, and independence on the road.

Our vehicles are equipped with a wide range of modifications, and our experienced instructors will support you in finding the setup that works best for you.
