Today we got this beast fired up. Bed the rings in ran in the cam. Everything was looking nice so we pulled its chain. Ran into some minor issues. We used our billet distributor clamp for the 123 dizzy. I found out that the body needed a better earth as the anodising prevented this. It made the motor miss and carry on. Easy fix with a rub down to create a good earth. It ran perfectly clean once rectified. Pushing a tad over 160rwhp. Really strong result 💪

Dyno Ready. We did all the finishing bits and pieces. Now its good to go. We went with the programmable 123 electronic distributor, made up the custom length leads, ran the fuel lines and wired it all up. Ready to fit onto the dyno buggy and pull its chain.
I will be doing a few fun back to back on this.
Currently we have 48IDF's fitted. Then im going to fit 44's, then finally fit the CB performance upgrade bar and vents. Will see how much it hurts it or not. Will be interesting. Id be disappointed if we don't see 150+whp.

This time its a 1910cc. 96x66 combo. We have given this the works as per usual. Fitted one of our porsche gring camshafts, 4 angle valve job and fitter a set of our 40mm webers.

Finally got this bad boy back up on the stand to do the last few finishings off. Can't wait to get this onto the dyno and see what it pulls. Its a 2332cc that we built up a while back. Should pull some decent numbers. The green looks trick.

Nice little 1776cc we have just finished up. This thing goes amazing. Featuring a Stock crank, lightenedflywheel, S**t I Beam rods, Engle 110 cam, 90.5 Pistons and cylinders, 9.0 to 1 comp. Stock valved heads with valve job and quick port up. 40 IDF webers and a Vintage speed muffler. Also a Bluetooth 123 distributor. Smacking out 95hp at the wheels with ease. With a few finishing touches will be on its way home shortly.

Bit of a dummy up, we have made sure all tin wear fits nicely. Now we will strip off the black sprat paint and get powder coated.. this will be running a Motec M130 ecu and sporting some of The Dub Shop products to go with it. Its a 2276cc motor, we have dropped the compression to 8.0 to 1. Were sending the forged pistons off torque ceramic coating then time to button it all up and make some boost. This will run 14 to 15psi and hopefully make around 230rwhp.

Nice little 1776cc coming along nicely. This one has been brought down from Canberra to get the rebuild done. This build is sporting a Standard reground crank, lightened flywheel, Engle 110 camshaft, 90.5 pistons and cylinders. Stock valved heads with a small porting job and match ported manifolds, sporting dual 40mm webers. Finished off with a vintage speed muffler. Will also be fitted with a Bluetooth 123 distributor. Should be a nice little donk.

New little product we have made in house. We have run out of good original plugs. Plus you need a special tool to remove them. The original ones are hard or impossible to get to with a deep sump. Our new ones have a 17mm hex head making for east installation and removal they are currentlyoff getting blackening done for rust prevention. $22 each
