FDS Driving School was founded by Fadi Astefo, after seeing the service offered by existing driving instructors. FDS decided to create a driving school which makes it fun,safe and relaxing for students learning to drive. About Fadi Astefo (Driving Instructor):
Hi, I am the founder of FDS Driving School, with countless hours of not only driving but
also motorcycle riding experience and passion for driving and cars which led me to creating my own driving school. Unlike other driving instructors, who sit quietly beside you and only give you directions, I like to work with my students as a team mate and work along side to help them take steps towards not only obtaining their drivers licence but also to develop sound habits which will keep them safe and out of trouble with the law, by teaching my students all the common laws they must obey once they are driving independently. With understanding that everyone is different and that some students will take longer to learn new skills I will allow enough time to practice and achieve the set goals. I am also TSC accredited, Police checked and working with children checked. About the car:
At this point in time we are using a 2012 Toyota Prius C hatch back with reverse camera which can be used during the lessons and during the test. For our manual car its a 2006 Toyota Yaris hatch back. Our Service:
We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed service to everyone. We can help you at any stage of your licence from getting your learners (L), and then onto practicing and getting your Red (P) and moving forward to Green (P), and lastly Full Licences. We also can help you to transfer your overseas licence into Australian licence. Due to our knowledge with cars we are able to help you find and buy your first car. We can help you search for cars, assist with the inspection of the vehicle and give you advice about the engine and other relevant components. I'll also help with the Roadworthy certificate and transferring the car into your name. Our Prices:
For Automatic:
45 minutes for $45
60 minutes for $50
Vicroads drive test $180 plus free 60 minute lesson before the test. For Manual:
45 minutes for $45
60 minutes for $50
* please note lessons must be done in your own car as we don't have a manual car*
