Mack metroliner with a Cummins 8.9L ISL conversion, previously fitted with a 8.3L isc with an auto box. Had to redo the ecu parameters and create an ecm code to match the truck specs, being an imported engine there is no data on these engines, a lot of hours and frustration but managed to create a program to suit the manual box and the Mack multiplex system that drives the ecu, with that being said I had two more ecu’s to create files for with that Same Cummins ISL engine going into kenworths t350’s a lot simpler system 👍🏼 it’s been a solid few weeks.

Another 79 series rolls in for a some custom work, clutch upgrade, Redback exhaust system and a tune to suit the customers needs 👌🏼

Few break downs and major servicing also Getting some remaps sorted over the last few weeks, from Cummins ecu software to some old school pump tuning to modern 79 series Toyota’s, keeping it safe and reliable is key 👌🏼

This tidy rc Colorado 4jj1 rolled in this week for tune
Customer had fitted a heavy duty clutch allready so this was ready for a good power upgrade,

Volvo 150e wheel loader had some major oil leaks after 24,000hrs, ripped the engine out and done a gasket overhaul, hydraulic valves and rams repaired,
