We fitted it out with:

Three brand-new Amaroks. Three completely different builds. One goal: build each vehicle to suit exactly how it’s going to be used.

🔥 Build 1

All three are protected underneath with Rival 4x4 full underbody protection, ready for whatever Australia throws at them.

The accessories are just as varied:
✅ RSI SmartCap on one build.
✅ Full Norweld tray and canopy setup on another, featuring 400Ah of onboard lithium power, 12V fridge, air fryer, toaster and coffee machine—built for serious off-grid touring.

Another week, another mix of high-end calibration and complex diagnostics at Coolum Motors.

This week we’ve been developing custom ECU and TCU calibrations on an Audi RS3, optimising torque modelling, shift strategies and boost control, while also building lifted 4WD Volkswagen Multivans ready for touring.

Behind the scenes we’ve also been busy carrying out ECU and TCU cloning, immobiliser data transfers, module repairs, bench programming, and fault diagnosis for workshops across Australia. From recovering failed control modules to replacing damaged ECUs without dealer intervention, we’re equipped to handle the jobs most workshops can’t.

Whether it’s advanced diagnostics, CAN bus fault finding, software development, control module programming, or performance calibration, we have the equipment and experience to deliver reliable results.

This Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series is being prepared to spend the next 12 months travelling around Australia, so reliability, safety and remote-area capability were the priorities.

The build included:

💡 STEDI rally driving lights
📹 AutoChimp front and rear camera system
🛡️ Bull bar painted and professionally fitted
📻 GME UHF radio with the antenna mounted to the bull bar
⛽ PDP secondary fuel filter kit
🌊 Extended differential breathers

Every upgrade was carefully selected and installed to help this 79 Series handle long-distance touring, remote roads, night driving, river crossings and everything else Australia can throw at it.

We’re looking forward to following its journey over the next 12 months. Safe travels and enjoy the adventure!
