This one arrived making 110 HP at the rear wheels, still running the factory 10 mm flat-top pump with no boost compensator.

After tuning, we achieved:

💪 385 Nm
💨 16 PSI boost
✅ 16.5:1 AFR off boost
✅ 21.8:1 AFR on boost
✅ Strong, clean power with no smoke

PORTAL 79 BUILT FOR THE OUTBACK 🇦🇺

This 79 Series is sitting on 35-inch tyres and portal hubs, built for remote Australian touring and plenty of desert travel.

We fitted:

• G-Turbo G333 ball-bearing turbo
• G-Turbo Power Pipe
• G-Turbo high-flow airbox
• +95% injectors
• Rail blank
• Custom dyno tune

The result: 275HP and 855Nm at the tyres. 💪

We carried out a custom four-map multi-tune, giving the driver selectable power for different driving conditions.

This 80 Series laid down an incredible 178HP and over 500NM at the wheels—all on 35-inch mud tyres!

Another 4JJ1 dialled in on the Dyno. 💪

This Isuzu D-MAX came in for a custom ECU recalibration, running a Flex F55 turbo on standard injectors. While the turbo has plenty more to give, the factory injectors are now the limiting factor.

📈 Final Results:
⚙️ 212 HP @ the wheels
💥 606 Nm @ the wheels
🛞 On 33” tyres
With torque converter locked
Safe, reliable power with a huge improvement in drivability, towing performance and throttle response. Ready for the next stage when it’s time for injector upgrades.

This vehicle came in with a tired setup, so we fitted a set of brand-new genuine standard injectors along with a rail blank, then completed a custom dyno tune.

With the factory turbo still in place and the engine having high kilometres, our goal wasn’t to chase huge numbers—it was to build a safe, reliable tune that improves performance while looking after the engine.

📈 Before:
⚙️ 150 HP
💪 358 Nm

📈 After:
⚙️ 203 HP
💪 603 Nm

That’s a gain of 53 HP and 245 Nm at the wheels on 35-inch tyres. 👊
