David contacted us looking for a purpose-built tag trailer to safely transport their 5-tonne excavator while carrying out works for local water authorities throughout South Australia.

💧 Kenworth T420 Water Cart Body Delivered 💧

Recently completed and delivered for Southern Cross Water.

Before fabrication commenced, our team carried out detailed weight distribution calculations to ensure the tank location was correct and the finished vehicle would perform as intended when fully loaded.

The complete water cart body, including pumps, hose reels and under-tray storage, was designed and built in-house by the PHWS team.

Another premium motorsport transporter has rolled out of the PHWS workshop, this time heading north to Steve and the team at Black Diamond / Thunder Buddies Racing.

The front section has been intentionally left as a blank canvas, allowing the team to complete the fit-out exactly how they want it and tailor the space to suit their operation.

Brad reached out to us after ordering a new 10-ton excavator and wanted something practical, heavy-duty, and built to look the part. We worked closely with him to custom build this trailer to suit exactly what he needed.

45FT TRUCK CARRIER HANDED OVER 🔥

Another custom-built transporter delivered by Panton Hill Welding Service — this time for the team

John approached us needing a purpose-built 45ft drop deck capable of transporting Scania trucks back to his wrecking yard. After speaking with a few manufacturers, he still couldn’t find a setup that suited exactly what he wanted.

Instead of trying to make him fit into a standard design, John sat down with our engineering team and together we designed a trailer tailored specifically to his operation and loading requirements.

Designed specifically for transporting full-size high roof Scania prime movers while still allowing the flexibility to carry general freight when needed.

• Wheel wells with removable covers to still allow general freight use
• 25,000lb winch mounted between landing legs
