What a week for Collie Auto-Tech 🚗

Peter and I had the opportunity to attend the Australian Automotive Aftermarket and Collision Expo — our first time, and it certainly won’t be our last.

As business owners, it was an incredible experience to step away from the day-to-day and fully immerse ourselves in the future of our industry. From global exhibitors in both automotive and collision, to hands-on workshops, business seminars, and industry events — it was a valuable few days of learning, connecting, and reflecting.

We were also proud to attend the Repco Authorised Service meeting, where the focus was on future-proofing our businesses and continuing to raise the standard across the network.

A standout moment was the Automotive Women’s event — being surrounded by strong, passionate women in the industry was both inspiring and empowering.

Our key takeaways:
• The automotive industry is evolving — and we need to evolve with it
• Every business has a life cycle — understanding where you are is key to growth
• The people you surround yourself with matter

MEET THE TEAM I ZAC SMITH

Zac is our second year apprentice, over the past 18months Zac has been honing his skills on log book servicing and wheel alignment guided by our technician's. In his spare time Zac enjoys being out the bush, riding motorbikes and hanging out with his friends and family.
