New record on WK Grand Cherokee’s being over filled , This 2021 WK GC 3.0 VM engine is not a Mercedes V6 Diesel which holds 8.7 litres the VM holds 7.7 litres or 8 Quarts total this one however had 12.68 Quarts or 12 litres on board 😳😳

Well I think I know why the charging system is wigging out 😳😳, if your going to re do your charge cables , make sure you rout them away from moving drive systems & make them as long as they need to be , not 3.4 feet long like this one , now to make or find a replacement 👍🤔🤔😎

This is the Swirl Motor / Throttle Body Harness that jumps up to the main 3.0 engine harness , it’s all one melted solid piece 🤣🤣now I have to find out how just this section of harness became full of engine oil & short it’s self out & melt .
Iv had engine harness fill with oil from faulty Mopar oil pressure switches letting oil pass through the pins & fill the harness from the inside , the Average 3.0 Jeep engine harness can & does hold approximately 367mils of oil internally 🤣
This harness however is dry at the main connector to this harness , yet another mystery to nut out 🤣🤣🤣

Where to start , as most of you know I had round or 4 with a nasty SSC in my sinus cavity & after 4 surgeries we had what we thought was a great outcome & I was I year away from being deemed clear & free .
About 4 weeks ago out of the blue I suffered what felt like a gr***de going off in my head causing my left side of my face to imitate a stroke , 3 days in ED and scans later we find that the original SSC has returned but in a place that isn’t real hard to get to but its proximity to my Carotid artery & nerve stem from my spine has at this point ruled out surgery so I’ll be heading down the Chemotherapy & Radiation Therapy rout to a successful end ✊
So for now the next 3 weeks of bookings are safe , things will change extremely quickly once I get the treatment start date so customers will be notified if things need to be changed , Lisa my beautiful wife & partner in crime has been an absolute god send in keeping me grounded & in good spirits & I’m sure we will get through this .
Worst case scenario is I’ll be out for 6 too 12 months depending on how my body reacts to treatment, I’ll be able to float the shop for about 3 months before we will need to start thinking about either selling the business or closing it down if I’m unable to carry on , we shall cross that bridge when we have to , but if there are any Jeep Mechanics that want their own place hit me up we can talk $50k walk in walk out all stock & shop tools & equipment , hoists included except for my Roll Cabinet .

So that’s us at the moment, we shall keep you updated as we know you shall also know . In the pictures you will see the bright Red golf ball in the back of sinus , that is the bastard ✊

Gotta love not getting the full story , this WK was in for a wiring repair because someone had been under the intake manifold at somepoint and pinched the harness that runs to the swirl motor assembly shorting & burning that section of harness , arrived yesterday on a truck for today , apparently it overheated , confirmed coolant pi***ng out the waterpump but when I removed the air filter & oil filter cap I was greeted with the tell tail signs of submersion, the air filter sucked clean into the lid and ripped apart, debris through the MAS into the intake tube & then water coming out of the oil filter cap 😳😳let’s see if this one is going live or die , the engine sounds okay but is way down on power 😭
