New member to the Captains Performance horsepower club.
This good looking Fatboy packs a punch thanks to 132ci of muscle producing 140hp and 154tq.

This Fatboy previously had a nice cam job fitted and tuned by us. Customer wanted alittle more power for cruising out the road.
We fitted up a S&S 132ci Big Bore kit with a billet compensator and heavy duty clutch springs. Netting him a 15hp and 30tq gain. The bike produces max torque at 4200rpm and horsepower at 5400rpm making it easy for overtaking or going up the range and powing out of the corners.

This Cvo Streetglide packing some heat producing 140hp and 154tq.
All thanks to a S&S 132ci cylinder and piston kit.
Bolt in cam with upgraded lifters and billet lifter cuffs.
55mm intake Manifold and 6.2 Injectors.
Its also running khromewerx slip on mufflers and a trask big pappi air filter.

Twincam cvo streetglide making the numbers and becoming a valued member into the Captains Performance horsepower club.
With a nice balanced horsepower and torque of 127hp/tq.

We performed acam chest upgrade on this cvo previously. With the cam chest being relatively new we decided to build the top end of this motor while still maintaining the bolt in cams.
We Rebored the cylinders to suit the new forged pistons increasing the compression ratio and adding only 3ci to the engine size making it a 113ci.
While the heads were off we got them worked cnc porting the intake and exhaust chambers and adding some oversize valves and replacing the troublesome valve springs that come on these 110ci heads. We also added a 58mm throttle body and larger Injectors to feed the new combo.
This bike does alot of touring with the occasional squirter with the boys so a strong mid range was the objective. We gained a heap of bottom end torque and producing the goods all the way to 6,000rpm.

Another Twincam 107ci kit into the Captains Performance horsepower club.

This sleeper punching out a sweet 108hp and 117tq. Thanks to a 107ci big bore kit and bolt in cams. While still maintain stock heads and throttle body. Another combo producing the goods.
We opted to ditch the fish tales and fit up a D&D Fatcat exhaust to help it breath and give it a deep throaty sound.

2004 Nightrain into the Captains Performance horsepower club.
With a nice 100hp & 110tq.

Starting life as a 88ci now running a S&S 106ci bigbore stroker kit.
Fitted with a set of S&S 510 cams while maintaining the stock heads and throttle body.
Upgraded the clutch and fitted Bassani exhaust and S&S air cleaner kit.

Not only did the engine get some love we also set the tin work and few extra peices out to east coast panel and paint to get it painted in t Toyota eclipse black.

Fitted a set of Carlini pullback handlebars with upgraded led blinkers.
New set of tyres and fitted a lowering kit to the rear.

This breakout came in for a few finishing touches from last time we built it.

We fitting a set of Burleigh highballs 16x2" in gloss black.

Arlen Ness 15" oversize front brake kit with matching rear finished off with their titanium disc bolt kits.

Front chin spoiler that was painted by Skin by Finn

Not only did we finish the look the customer was looking for he also wanted to add alittle more spice to the engine combo.

This engine combo already had our 107ci big bore kit and a set of bolt in cams. In addition to those parts we added a set of ported heads and a 55mm throttle body and larger Injectors.
We picked up 12hp and 6tq while still maintaining the air cleaner and exhaust it came in with. Great gains for a few items. The throttle response on this thing is lightening fast. Pulls as soon as you twist the throttle and continues to pull. Has great street manners while also sounding angry.
