For those that were hoping to make the annual Port Elliot Show/ Ute Muster and haven’t heard due to the horrible weather this years muster has been sadly cancelled!

😪📣The Southern Agricultural Society has made the regretful decision to cancel the 2026 Port Elliot Show due to the significant rainfall experienced over the past week, with further rain forecasted. The grounds have become excessively saturated, rendering it unsafe for heavy equipment, food trucks, and livestock to access the area. Ensuring the safety of our patrons, volunteers, and vendors is our utmost priority. Consequently, no indoor exhibits will be accepted or judged this year. Thank you for entering the show and we look forward to your involvement in next year's show.

Remember entries are on the day only, please have appropriate cash ready for entry. Entries and paperwork to be completed by 9.30am. All money raised on the day will be donated directly to Mark Hughes Foundation in loving memory of Jacob and The Epilepsy Centre in loving memory of Ellie 🤍💜

To make your day easier make sure you purchase your Clare Show tickets online (everyone in your vehicle must have a show ticket), there will be a familiar face at the gate to scan your tickets and direct you. Remember your entry to Clare Show must be paid separately to your entry to the muster. No show ticket, no entry to the muster.

Entry strictly from 7.30am-8.45am. Please use hazard lights during vehicle movement and grand parade which will be at 3pm. Absolutely no vehicle movement once parked - unless directed by officials.

Best Sounding competition at 2pm (dependent on show day).

We aim to have Presentations around 2.15pm. Please be back at the utes by then.

I will advise on the day what time Utes can leave after the grand parade!

UTE MUSTER UPDATE 📣 🎉

Who’s ready for this year’s muster? Because WE ARE!

You can enter the GATE 3 across from Spring Gully Rd between 7.30am and 8.45am - NO vehicle movement after 8.45am unless directed by officials. Entry’s MUST be completed by 9.30 so judging can commence at 10am.

**Hazard lights MUST be turned on as soon as you get to the gate.

We cannot wait to hold such an incredibly special muster in honour of both Ellie and Jacob raising funds for foundations that will always be close to them.
