Our Annual General Meeting is coming up on Saturday 17 October at 10am at the Chinchilla Racecourse, and we’d love to see our members there!
All positions will be declared vacant, including President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Sub Committee Members.
We’re also looking for people interested in taking on the roles of Grants Officer, Events Manager and Bar Manager.
If you’ve been thinking about getting more involved with the Race Club, helping out behind the scenes or bringing some new ideas to the table, now is a great time to put your hand up!
📄 Nomination forms will be shared in a separate post, or you can request a copy by emailing [email protected].
