A familiar S2000 back at Kass Bodyworks šŸ¤

A few months ago I painted the right-hand side of this Honda S2000. The owner was so happy with the result that he came back and decided to take it a step further this time having the left-hand side, bonnet, boot lid and rear bar painted as well.

For me, thereā€™s no better compliment than having a customer come back because they were happy with the work the first time around. šŸ™

I like to keep Kass Bodyworks small and hands-on. Every car that comes through the shop is personally handled by me, from the repair and preparation through to the paintwork and final finish. It allows me to keep a close eye on every stage and make sure the end result is something Iā€™m happy to put my name behind.

Things have been pretty busy in the shop and I completely forgot to grab some proper finished photos before the S2000 left šŸ˜‚ so a big thanks to the owner for sending these through after picking it up.

From bare metal to finished. āœ”ļø

What started as an insurance repair soon turned into something much bigger.

After discussing the project with the owner, we decided this Mitsubishi Pajero deserved a complete respray. The vehicle was stripped back to bare metal before being protected with PPG DP616 epoxy primer, creating a solid, long-lasting foundation for the restoration.

Rather than chasing a dead-flat show-car finish, the final paintwork was carefully refined to retain an authentic factory-inspired appearance while delivering the level of quality and attention to detail Kass Bodyworks is known for.

One thing weā€™re especially proud of is that this customer pajero.evo trusted us once again after we restored their Pajero Evolution a few years ago. Thereā€™s no better compliment than a returning customer.

Another one coming back to life at Kass Bodyworks. šŸ”„

This BMW came in with driverā€™s side front door damage through insurance. Repairs are complete, fresh paint is on, and the finish is looking slick.

Still a few final touches to goā€”assembly and the JPS decals are next. Stay tuned for the finished reveal. šŸ‘Œ

All I can say is WOW the process on this colour to get this effect is insane

I was asked multiple times by others would I paint this colour again and answer is 1000% nothing beats a good challenge

With the Right hand side being damaged threw enthuasist insurance owner had choice of repairer in her policy

So with abit of panel work, a lot of attention to detail, and a finish that makes it look like it just rolled out of the showroom.
