You couldn’t really tell that the EGR valve on this Volvo was leaking, but with a mirror you can just make out the tiny sign that it’s leaking. The sign was really so small that we almost missed it. Once we pulled it apart it was obvious that it’s leaking.

This would have to be one of the worst tail shaft coupling’s we’ve ever seen.

This little Subaru Forester had a big end knock. We managed to get a hold a of a decent second hand engine and swapped it over. Quick retune at our mates down at and the little beast was up and running again!

A noisy wheel bearing is no joke! This wheel bearing got so hot that of the grease had burnt out of it and turned all of the roller bearings blue!

Another DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) post.
You can just make out the two cracks in running through the centre of the DPF media. Sadly this is now a throw away item!

We know it doesn’t look like much, but this little leak from the intercooler is enough to upset critical DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) system.
Luckily we caught this early and were able to clean the DPF instead of a costly replacement!
