We’re looking for our next mechanic!
About this role
We are looking for a fully qualified and experienced mechanic to join our team. This role is a permanent full-time position. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, is reliable and enjoys working as part of a professional and supportive team.
What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
- Performing inspections and identifying required repairs
- Completing repairs and maintenance to a high standard
- Using diagnostic equipment and workshop tools
- Maintaining accurate service and repair records
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Keeping the workshop and work areas clean and organised
- Working as part of a team to meet workshop deadlines
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
What we’re looking for
- Fully qualified mechanic / trade certificate
- Previous workshop experience
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Current drivers licence
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
