Danny was running and managing the Bridgestone Tyre store in Wyoming, where he had plenty of security, when his mate Brian mentioned that the mechanic in Toukley had passed away. After a lot of thought, Danny handed in his resignation at Bridgestone and Danny's Auto Den was born. Danny's father was in a position to help Danny financially kick start the dream. ay in that small garage where he built up a large following of loyal customers. The larger bay became available at the rear of the servo and Danny made the decision to expand. He now has a double bay and an office. Danny's Auto Den grew stronger. In September 2014, big developers purchased the site on the Main Rd Toukley where the Mobile Service Station, Dave's Mower Centre and Danny's Auto Den trade. It is the end of an era for Toukley. By the end of 2017, there will be a 24 Hour 7/11 at 287 Main Rd and the small business has been forced to move on. Due to there being nothing suitable to lease in Toukley, it is with a heavy heart that Danny is moving his workshop out of his loyal and loved little town. Unit 2, 25 Arizona Rd will be the new site, and a fresh start for Danny's Auto Den. Being only a short drive out of Toukley, we are hoping that our loyal customers will continue to show there support to small business. It is Danny's mission to continue to provide the same good old fashioned service at sensible prices that you have come to expect from "The Local Boy"!
