🚗 Online Bookings Coming Soon! 🚗
We’re excited to let everyone know that Tyres R Us Cessnock will be launching our new online booking system in the next few days! 🙌
This system is designed to make bookings, quotes, and communication easier for everyone.
🔹 Customer Portal
Once you make your first booking, a secure customer portal is created for you (sign in with your mobile number or email). From there you’ll be able to:
✅ View upcoming & past bookings
✅ View and approve quotes
✅ Request new quotes directly from your portal
✅ Book approved quotes straight in
✅ Update your contact details
✅ Message us directly
🔹 Service Quotes & Bookings (Trial Phase)
As this system is launching in trial mode, not all services are available for direct booking just yet.
Currently, the services you can book directly online are:
• Minor servicing
• Major servicing
• Pink slips
• Blue slips
All other servicing options will require a quote request for now. This helps ensure accuracy while we’re all learning the new system.
• Quotes can be requested online or through your customer portal
• We’ll send through a detailed quote with pricing
• You’ll receive an SMS and the quote will appear in your portal
• Once approved, you can book the quote directly
🔹 Tyres – Quote Based for Accuracy
Tyre bookings are handled through quotes to make sure you get the right tyres at the right price.
• You send through your tyre size
• We send back a few tyre options with pricing
• You choose your tyres and pay a 20% deposit
We’ve added a tyre deposit because unfortunately we’ve had a high number of tyre orders where customers don’t show up. When this happens, it costs us money to return tyres to suppliers. As a small local business, these costs add up quickly, so the deposit helps protect us and allows us to continue offering competitive pricing and great service.
• Once the deposit is paid, we’re notified and we order your tyres
• When tyres are marked as ordered, you’ll receive an SMS letting you know you can book in
• To allow time for delivery, the booking system will only show available times from 2 business days ahead (for example, tyres ordered Friday afternoon → the earliest times shown will be from Wednesday morning)
🔹 All bookings are manually approved
This ensures correct timing, availability, and that everything is ready for your appointment.

As this is a trial, we’ve added a feedback option to the system. If you notice anything or have suggestions, please send through your feedback — it helps us improve the system for everyone.
