βπ» - The LEADING HAND role will include but not be limited to the following:
π¨πΌβπ§ Assist in the supervision and training of apprentices
π¨πΌβπ§ Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
π¨πΌβπ§ General workshop duties (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
π¨πΌβπ§ Liaising with customers when necessary
π¨πΌβπ§ Taking on the bigger repair jobs confidently
Applicants must have the following:

Minimum C class manual licence
β
Ability to work unsupervised
β
Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
β
Reliability and consistency
β
Ability to work as a team
β
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality

βπ» - The ALL ROUNDER role does not require any qualifications. Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
π Drop-off and pick-up customers/vehicles
π Picking up parts from suppliers
π Minor detailing of all service jobs (vacuuming and washing windows)
π General workshop duties (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
Applicants must have the following:
β Qualifications are not necessary
