We recently completed several rust repairs and a full respray in the original Astral Silver on this lovely 380SL.

1991 Mercedes 560SEC

All repairs are now completed. The car has been blocked in epoxy and was subsequently primed with hi-build primer. All panels and the shell is now in its final stage primer prior to paint.

The rust was cut out and replaced with new metal in the rubber seal channels on both doors.

Now for final stage blocking and then paint.

Mercedes R107 SL Floor Repairs.

We recently completed a floor replacement on a R107 SL Mercedes. All four cabin floor sections were badly corroded, requiring complete replacement.

Floors were replaced as per original factory installation and sealed and covered in the underbody

This is probably the rust repair and replacement process we do most of, together with W113 Pagoda floors.

Another R107 with floors safe to drive with for many decades.

1972 Mercedes Benz 350SL

All bodywork is now completed. The car was re-sealed in epoxy primer, blocked and then high build primed.

The car was again blocked through the range of different grade papers and prepared for paint.

The car was painted in the correct Mercedes Benz red paint.

Mercedes Benz 1972 350SL

This lovely 350SL came in for a full body restoration.

Unfortunately this car had a significant amount of rust which required a large number of hours of bodywork.

We replaced the cabin floors on this car at a previous time.
