This Transit had water in the oil, indicating a possible head gasket issue. After confirming our suspicions, we where able to remove and refit a new cylinder head to this Transit and have it back on the road with minimal downtime

The old Cylinder head had suffered a crack that wasn’t economical to repair and due to extreme heat had become soft and not usable.
