Well that's it for 2023
What a year !!
With the aim at the start of the year to "have a crack at the championship "
We got it done 2023 floor pan sports sedan championship in the bag 🥳
With a bonus 2nd in overall club championship and 2nd in State sports sedan championship
To say I'm happy would be an understatement but I would not of been able to achieve this on my own I am so grateful that I have a amazing group of people around me that make it happen and I can't thank them enough for the hard work they put in
Chris Doyle for always keeping me focused and setting the car to jet
Aaron Sanderson for keeping us rolling in style and always hydrated
Kevin Lincoln for always running errands handling video and all things I.T
Peter Tonks for accommodation and "just being Peter " always smiling and with a story to tell

Job Description:
Small but very well equipped Carrum Downs workshop looking for a mechanic, or fabricator with mechanical experience to join a team converting vehicles for specialised applications.

Work can be various depending on experience however predominantly working on new Toyota vehicles performing conversions to a defined process.

Clean work environment with opportunities to learn new skills.

Skills & Experience

Must Have
Mechanical ability – ideally qualified however we will consider unqualified applicants with the right skill set.
Ability to work weekdays 8am-5pm, no weekends. Be punctual.
Ability to follow procedures to produce a high quality finished product, free of reworks.
Work safely following normal OH&S practices.
We work primarily with brand new vehicles so attention to detail, and good thorough work ethic are essential.
Fit and able to do some heavy lifting.

Highly considered:
Welding (MIG & TIG)/Grinding and/or fabrication skills & experience.
Own mechanical hand tools
12v Wiring/Auto Electrical skills & experience.
Forklift license
Light truck or greater license.

Full time role with wages negotiable based on experience and qualification inline with award rates.
