NOT ALL HORSEPOWER IS CREATED EQUAL.
This beast has been through countless workshops chasing solutions. Wiring gremlins, tuning issues, traction problems—you name it. It arrived with a list of challenges, and we developed a strategy to make it perform the way it should.
Under the bonnet sits a 4.0L Barra, rebuilt for reliability using factory pistons and rods—proving you don’t always need exotic parts to build a tough combination when it’s engineered properly.
A Haltech Elite 2500 controls every vital function, but this build goes far beyond a tune.
We integrated two completely different platforms, seamlessly combining the Ford and Nissan 200SX OEM systems so they communicate and operate together as though they left the factory that way. Every original function has been retained, wired correctly and fully operational.
Multiple driver-selectable power modes transform the personality of the car at the flick of a switch—from a tame 240kW street calibration right through to 420+ kW when it’s time to unleash everything the combination has to offer.
Traction control isn’t simply switched on or off. We’ve developed OEM-style slip tables that progressively manage wheel slip—from everyday driving through to full-throttle acceleration—maximising acceleration while keeping tyre slip under control for the fastest possible launches.
The electronics package is on another level:
• OEM-style information displayed on the Haltech UC-10, just as if it left the factory that way and a reverse camera directly on it.
• Fully integrated Ford and Nissan OEM electronics working together in harmony.
• Driver-selectable power modes from 240kW to 420+ kW.
• Multiple motorsport modes.
• Valet mode.
• Seat belt safety logic and drive prevention features.
• Refined anti-lag strategies.
• Enhanced ABS control.
• Smooth, OEM-like throttle transitions.
• Comprehensive engine and drivetrain protection strategies.
• Countless custom failsafes and motorsport functions tailored specifically to this build.
Every system has been refined for consistency, reliability and real-world performance—not just dyno numbers.
