What if you could fix failed lighting—without digging up a single cable? 👀

An apartment block in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane, reached out to Elliot from Pennard’s Electrical regarding a major lighting issue.

Their existing grid-connected bollard lights had all failed because of an underground cabling issue. The property had mounted cheap, temporary solar lights on top of the bollards until a long-term, cost-effective solution could be found.

Elliot contacted the team at Star 8 Australia regarding our Commercial Solar Bollard Pillar Light (backed by a 5-year warranty), which he intended to retrofit to the existing posts.

After speaking with the team and getting some measurements, Elliot proceeded with his plan and seamlessly retrofitted our solar light heads to the existing posts—saving the property from expensive trenching and cabling repairs.

Now, the gardens and walkways are reliably illuminated every night
