A few weeks ago we gave Sam's WN Caprice a tune and fitted an OTR intake for him. In that state of tune the car produced 328rwhp (245rwkW). Sam recently brought in the Caprice again for us to fit a set of headers and cats he had acquired. We fitted them, gave the engine a re-tune to suit the modifications and then also tuned the transmission. The headers and cats resulted in a 40rwhp gain, with the car now making 368rwhp (275rwkW). A good result, with more room for gains later if Sam opts for a cam upgrade.

Alex brought in an exhaust system for us to fit to his VZ Crewman. We had recently fitted our Number 16 cam to the L98 when it had a stock intake and exhaust. In that trim, the ute made 363rwhp (270rwkW). We fitted up the exhaust and added an OTR intake before retuning it on dyno to suit. The end result was a 40rwhp gain - 403rwhp (301rwkW). It just shows how much power there is to be had by upgrading the exhaust and intake breathing - especially with a performance camshaft.

Our Number 16 camshaft strikes again! This time in Jai's VE SS. He wanted to up the output from his L77 and keep his stock torque converter. Our Number 16 cam was the perfect choice. We also did a DOD delete, replacing the stock lifters with LS7 pieces to work with the performance camshaft. After tuning, the 6.0-litre made 431rwhp (322rwkW), sounds far better and drives much harder - all with perfect street manners. Alpy Autos brought in a WM Caprice for us to fit a cam, DOD delete and then tune. The car had a stock intake and exhaust and needed the lifters replacing, so we fitted our very mild but very capable Number 18 camshaft. With a new set of LS7 lifters and trays on board, we gave it a custom dyno tune and it produced a very respectable 366rwhp (273rwkW). A big difference in power and driving quality from a stock Caprice.

Noah recently fitted a DPF delete to his MR Triton and brought it in for us to tune. We custom dyno and road tuned the car to suit his modification. After tuning, the car produced excellent bottom end torque - right where you need it off road or for towing. The torque curve is basically flat - at 320rw lbs/ft - between 2000 and 2600rpm. Dan brought in his Caprice for us to dyno tune after he had done some upgrades to the car. We gave the L98 a full tune to maximise its current state of power and to improve its overall drivability. Our Number 5 camshaft was designed to work with the LS2 and its cathedral port head configuration. Jordan's VZ Maloo came in to have this cam fitted, along with matching dual valve springs, a high stall torque converter and a transmission cooler. The car was already fitted with a Pacemaker exhaust system, so we added an OTR intake before it hit the dyno. After tuning, the LS2 made 425rwhp (317rwkW) through the high stall and is now magic to drive on the street, with an excellent cammy idle. Dixie brought in his LS3-powered VF SSV Redline for a custom tune. On dyno, the car produced 394rwhp (294rwkW) and is now much sharper and more responsive to drive.
