Today, our hearts are heavy as we farewell the extraordinary Dolly Parton - a woman whose voice, kindness and generosity shaped lives far beyond the stage.

Through her Imagination Library, Dolly placed more than 200 million books into the hands of children around the world, opening doors to literacy, confidence and possibility.

She lifted up families in crisis, supported communities recovering from disaster and quietly helped thousands who simply needed a moment of compassion.

Her legacy reminds us of something deeply important in our own world as female truckies - the power of helping each other.

Dolly showed us that when women support women, entire communities become stronger.

In trucking, that same spirit of connection - checking in on each other, sharing knowledge and offering encouragement makes our industry not only more inclusive, but more fulfilling and human.

Her example is a reminder that kindness isn’t soft; it’s structural. It changes cultures, workplaces and lives.

Dolly understood that giving is a two‑way gift. The joy we bring into someone else’s life reflects back into our own, expanding us, grounding us and reminding us what truly matters.

She taught us that generosity is a kind of light - one that warms both the giver and the receiver.

Heaven has gained a truly shining star today and while the world feels dimmer without her.

The legacy she leaves of compassion, courage and boundless kindness will continue to glow in every child who opens a book, every woman who finds strength in another and every heart inspired to give.
