Motor Care Group is expanding, and we’re looking for **two experienced Phone Sales Consultants** to join our growing team.
💰 **$60,000 base salary + superannuation + uncapped commission**
💻 **Full-time, work-from-home position**

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in **phone sales, telesales or a sales-focused call centre environment** who knows how to build rapport, handle objections and close a sale over the phone.
You’ll be speaking with customers who have recently purchased a new or used vehicle and presenting a range of automotive aftermarket products, including **paint and interior protection, dash cameras and scratch & dent membership programs**.

**Phone sales experience is essential.**
We’re looking for people who are:
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Experienced in closing sales and handling objections
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets
• Self-motivated and disciplined when working from home
• Able to build rapport quickly and provide a great customer experience
• Looking for a stable, long-term position with genuine earning potential
Ideally, you’ll have **2–3+ years of phone sales, telesales or call centre sales experience**.
Experience in **automotive aftermarket, dealerships, finance, insurance, retention or another high-performing sales environment** will be highly regarded.
