Everyone but Charlie has been busy coming up to the Christmas break. We do almost anything and everything from new car services to old car services even brand new engines. This holden colorado had some dramas with starting. After a tow in to the shop we got the scan tool onto it and found codes for the crank position sensor. After removing the sensor we where able to see the crank position sensor pick up (seen in first photo). As you can see it is broken making it difficult to get a signal.

After removing the gearbox and flex plate the pick up is accessible. With every car as it starts to get old parts start to get brittle and break and this colorado was no exception.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR

As we all know, it's the holiday season, so we will be closed from the 20th of December up until the 6th of January. Unfortunately, we are fully booked out for the remainder of this year. However, phones are still turned on, and we are taking bookings for 2025.
