We are looking for : Service Advisor to join our team

Continental Car Repairs, a well-established family-run business with a loyal customer base and steady workload, is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive environment with strong values, where work-life balance is respected.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service by managing enquiries, requests, and updates throughout the repair process.
• Liaise with customers on job progress and completion.
• Coordinate workshop bookings and support the smooth running of daily operations.
• Assist with sourcing and ordering parts.
• Prepare accurate service and repair estimates.
• Support stock management and control.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A background in the automotive industry is preferred (experience with European vehicles is an advantage, but not essential).
• Previous trade or dealer experience would suit this role well – for example, a senior technician seeking to step away from hands-on work, or a dealership service advisor interested in moving into the independent sector.
• Familiarity with workshop software or parts catalogues is beneficial, but full training will be provided.

What We Offer:
• 38-hour standard work week with no weekend work.
• Optional overtime available.
• Flexibility – full-time or casual arrangements to suit work-life balance.
• Salary negotiable, based on skills and experience.
• A supportive, family-run environment where you’re valued as part of the team.

If you’re passionate about customer service, organised, and want to be part of a respected independent workshop, we’d love to hear from you.
