A short week as family & appointments take priority.
A Tank in for a towbar and wiring harness
A Hyundai in for rear brakes, air filter and a full brake fluid flush,
A Prado in for a 90k service and check over
A Ranger in for a set of front CV Shafts
A Hiace in for a general service and inspection
A Hilux in for a 90k service

A new MV Triton in for a full OutbackArmour suspension upgrade
I decided on the 200kg constant in the rear with progressive rate jounce stops and trail upfront to make the nose dip a little more, as this customer has alot of weight that's added and removed, so needed to be the best of both worlds.
Also fitted a set of Custom Off Road bash plates and a Direction-Plus pre fuel filter.

While it was here it got an ARMAX Safari Engineering Pty LTD snorkel thanks to the guys Equipit.

Well that's a wrap for the week.
Finished off the week with a suspension upgrade on an older BT50.
It got the full West Coast Suspensions upgrade, including torsion bars.
Even though I went HD in the rear, the ride is far better than when it came in.

A Dmax in for a full OutbackArmour suspension upgrade.
I went with the performance shocks, upper control arms, bump stops front and rear with trail coils up front and constant 300s in the rear.
Also removed the airbags and disposed of them accordingly.

A Dmax in for a set of OutbackArmour rear leaf springs and shocks.
The customer upgraded from the 500kg constants to the 800kg constant load springs.
There is a massive canopy and tool boxes that live on the back.
Even with no weight, the vehicle handled and performed great

A Caravan in for its 1000km service/ inspection.
I noticed a lean of 35mm to the left side, along with 3 of the 4 shocks showing signs of leaks, have wiped them down and will monitor.
Also noted there is no isolation valve to the bayonet fitting, so it shouldn't have passed a gas certificate and inspection.
The customer received all photos and a report and will take it up with the manufacturer.
