WE'RE HIRING TEAM LEADER / SENIOR DETAILER (Cairns · long-term)
Smiths Detailing is growing fast. We've doubled our work in two months, we're booking out our premium correction & coating jobs, and I need one more person to help lead the crew as we scale.
This isn't a fill-in job. I'm looking for one local who wants to build a career, take real responsibility, grow with us, and help make Smiths the name for premium detailing in Cairns.
What you'd do:
✅ Run the day-to-day on the floor. Keep the crew on track and the quality high
✅ Detail and coat to our standard (we'll train you on anything you don't know yet)
✅ Be my right hand as we grow, with a real path to leading the shop
Who I'm after:
✅ Local and here for the long game. You want to build something, not fill a few months
✅ Reliable, takes pride in your work, sets the pace for the team
✅ Detailing experience is a big plus. but attitude and reliability matter more. Skills we can teach.
✅ Someone who wants to make good money and actually enjoy the job
