Finally getting somewhere with this old beauty. We have been doing this between jobs and when we get spare time.
Turns out its been weekends and nights as we have no spare time to give this old girl a brand new heart.
It had a 289 and we have put a 347 crate motor. Still a bit more fine tuning to be done but that was the first start up.
I do love these old girls

Nice little 12v install done over the last week or so. REMCO superslim 110ah battery mounted under the fridge slide, we have a projecta control box built in with a dcdc charger & solar panel to Finnish.
Job came up great.

After having Cait ring me up to say her engine stopped and smoke went everywhere. Recommended to get the car towed to us. After removing the head we soon realised that there was alot more damage than we first thought. In this instant it was more cost effective to buy a brand new engine. Engine was installed with a new egr cooler, full cooling system overhaul & clutch. Very happy with the way this car drives for 250k on the clock. We hope you enjoy it cait. Big thankyou to the staff who gave me a hand to do it. Wouldn't of been able to get there in the end with out your help. I'm so glad I'm not looking at it anymore. I'm sure the wife also agrees 🤣🤣

Ayla, Mikarla and I are over the moon to announce the safe arrival of our littlest love Toby Andrew Carr born Monday 26/06/2023 at 12:53pm weighing a little less than his big sister at 7.4pound and a little shorter too 50cm. Big sister duties have started Ayla wanted a hold and also requested we give him some breakfast as he was hungry 😂 our little family is whole and so full of love 🥰
