Price Adjustment & Payment Terms Notice
Although we recently adjusted our pricing at the beginning of the year, the sudden and significant rise in operating costsβincluding shipping, fuel, and consumablesβalong with ongoing inflation and the need to properly support our team, has forced us to review and implement changes sooner than anticipated.
This is not a decision taken lightly. I have spent considerable time weighing up the impact this may have on our business and our customers, but under the current conditions, I do not see a sustainable alternative.
As a result, a 10% price adjustment will apply across all services effective from 1st of April.
In addition, we will no longer be offering credit to customers. As a small family-owned business that relies on steady cash flow, extending credit has become unsustainable, particularly with increasing delays in payment and the time required to follow up outstanding balances. All invoices must be settled in full on the day of vehicle collection. We are still happy to work with customers who wish to make progress payments toward their invoice prior to pickup.
These changes ensure we can continue delivering the quality workmanship and service you expect. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
