🚐 FRIDAY BUILD UPDATE 🚐

Another huge week in the workshop as we continue pushing towards some exciting handovers and show vans!

👉 GRIT034
GRIT034 returned from having its front capping painted last week and is now in the final stages of fit-out. The team is currently finishing off silicone detailing around the trims, fitting the Sirocco fans, and carrying out final cabinetry alignment to make sure everything is spot on before completion.

👉 GRIT045
A big week for GRIT045 with the roof now fitted, our new decals installed, and the rear bumper, wood box, and rear spoiler all mounted up. Behind the scenes, plenty of work has also gone into the Garmin switching system, with a significant amount of wiring and electrical fit-off completed.

👉 GRIT021 (Demo Van)
This one has been quietly progressing in the background. This week we received the windows and completed the installation of all internal cabinetry doors. It's getting very close now and will be making its debut at the Ipswich Caravan Show.

🔥 ADU Build
The Aussie Destinations Unknown chassis has officially arrived! Work will be ramping up over the coming weeks as we put in the extra hours to have this van ready for the Ipswich Show. At a massive 23'6", this build is shaping up to be something special and we can't wait to show you the layout.

This is what it's all about.

While we're busy building caravans in the workshop, some of our customers are out there creating the stories that make it all worthwhile.

📍 GRIT026 has been tackling the legendary tracks and river crossings of Cape York.

📍 GRIT032 is currently making its way along the iconic Gibb River Road, taking on one of Australia's most famous outback adventures.

📍 GRIT035 has begun the journey back across the country, heading home to Western Australia after taking delivery earlier this year.

From the red dirt of the Kimberley to the tip of Cape York and the endless highways heading to WA, it's great to see our vans being used exactly as they were intended... getting off the beaten track and helping their owners wake up somewhere different.

Another Week of Progress at Offroad Grit RV

Our team are the backbone and their hardwork is what makes this happen!

✅ One build is heading off to paint today and will be back next week for its final fit-off before delivery to its excited owners.

✅ Build 45 has had a huge week, going from a bare floor on Monday to walls up and cabinetry in.

✅ The panels have arrived for the Aussie Destionations Unknown build, and the chassis is now off to galvanising.

✅ There's also a look at our upcoming demo van as it progresses. This one will be at the Ipswich caravan show with the ADU Van!

👀 And for those with a keen eye, there may be a couple of easter eggs hidden throughout the video... some things we're not quite ready to talk about yet.

Two huge builds.

🚐 Rear Door Club Lounge Build 21ft
Roof and walls are on, and all internal electrical rough-in has been completed. This will be heading into its final weeks!

🔥 Demo Van 21ft
The bed lift frame is installed, front and rear toolboxes are coming together, and our new decals go on next week, we are keen to show you a new look!

⚙️ Next Build 21ft
Our latest chassis has arrived, with underfloor plumbing and wiring complete and the floor now glued down. Watch this build shoot up next week as construction ramps up.

Things are moving fast at Offroad Grit RV, and we've got plenty more to show you next week!
