First day done in the 86, logged a decent amount of laps before a broken header put paid to the day. Bit of a laundry list of things to look at but overall not a bad day

Old meets new! Tony and Kevin come up for a visit and bought their JDM legends

Front end day for the Never-Dailied-Daily. Out with the sad M43 and crusty solid front rotors and perished brake lines. And in with new arms, cmp radius joints, 318is front calipers and rotors, braided lines and the other half of the coil over set. As for what engine is going in, well that’s for another day but it should be a spicy little number!

Got stuck into the never-dailied-daily starting with the rear end. I had a spare subframe loaded with the good kush which went in along with fresh brakes, braided lines, a diff with 4.11 gears from a e30 small case, a set of bc coilovers which come from the no-frills special and some eibach springs. Front end up next.

Time to let the cat out of the bag!
2026 we're moving on up into an Toyota 86 production car primarily on the QLD Production Cars calendar, but also a good chance to do some national events, and possibly even the 6 hour. Only time will tell.
Theres a number of people to thank who have helped me get here, many many thanks to them, i wont get soppy!

Well that’s a wrap on 2025. Was an extremely disappointing weekend despite pole and 3 wins from 4 starts. The matters in dispute are still unresolved so I’m not going to elaborate, but regardless it puts a sour taste over what had been a good year.
