Key responsibilities:

• Vehicle sales processing and reporting
• Assist in preparing month end reporting
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Verifying and approving payments
• Manufacturer monthly reporting
• Assist in budget preparation
• Conducting monthly expense review and analysis
• Assist in preparation of FBT return and other regulatory reporting
• Year End Reporting requirements
• Ad hoc administration tasks

The successful candidate:

Previous automotive dealership experience as an Accountant is preferred.

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Business or a related discipline
• CA or CPA qualification or be enrolled
• Ability to analyse data and resolve problems
• Ability to lead and motivate staff
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Advanced computer skills with MS Excel, Office, accounting software and databases
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and multi-task
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
