The Global P*k Up (Project Code Z121): Is based on the Tough & Versatile New Gen Ladder Frame platform, the Global P*k Up is engineered to deliver performance, safety, utility, and robust capability.

Authentic Design: Designed at Mahindra India Design Studio (MIDS), the pickup concept reflects Mahindra's interpretation of an authentic lifestyle pickup.

Safety: Will come equipped with Level-2 ADAS, Trailer Sway Mitigation, All-Around Airbag Protection, Drowsy Driver Detection, and more.

Technology to Delight: From daily commuting to adventure trips, the Global P*k Up concept has been developed to match varied lifestyle requirements; the experience is further enhanced with drive modes, an immersive audio experience, semi-automatic parking, a sunroof, and more.

RECEPTIONIST/ASSISTANT REQUIERD FOR IMMEDIATE START

Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for the automotive industry? Look no further! We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented receptionist to join our team at a small motor dealership. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanour, and the ability to multitask efficiently, we want to hear from you! This position is available for an immediate start.

Position: Receptionist
Location: Bundaberg

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Direct calls and messages to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for sales representatives and service technicians.
- Assist customers with general information and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process paperwork and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the dealership.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Good attitude and reliable
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred however not a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
