Recently we had a visit from Jason Kidd the Deputy Director-General, Manufacturing, and Regional and Rural Development. Jason was in Bundaberg to visit local manufacturers, one of them being Sea Jay Boats! His visit enabled us to showcase our products that we produce right here in a Regional Town.

It was incredible to see firsthand how these businesses contribute so much, from building aircraft and engines to crafting aluminium boats and creating products that keep heavy mining vehicles running safely and efficiently.

Whilst up there I visited the Port of Bundaberg, particularly Pacific Marine Base Bundaberg, which will significantly increase the ports capacity.

We are so fortunate to live in such a booming state, and I look forward to visiting more of our successful manufacturing businesses in future regional trips.
