Club has already dealt with enough since/during the floods to now have some lowlife decide that the copper pipe for our water into the clubhouse was more important to them than the club. So now we have club house with no water and unable to continue with cleaning to allow us to return back to racing. Business and residents are going through enough now let alone these low life looters stealing whats left

current state of the track. with forecast rain overnight and 70% chance of showers tomorrow track will take hours to dry out.
realise forecast for tomorrow has improved there still showers coming in off the coast.
Was calling the large scale day off premature, possibly was but after looking at all available data from weather apps which basically said the same thing the decision was made to cancel the club day. is always 50/50 and at moment the weather is very unpredictable

Official Notice

It has come to our attention that a small group of individuals are creating fake Facebook profiles and using them to post or reply negatively on Bayside Radio Control Car Club and Queensland Radio Circuit Car Racing Association social media posts.

This behaviour is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

Any member and/or racer of either club found to be involved in this activity will have their membership and racing privileges revoked with immediate effect, without further warning.

All members are reminded that by being a member of either club, you also agree to abide by the RCRA (Radio Control Racing Australia) Code of Conduct. This code applies both on and off the track and includes behaviour on social media platforms. Breaches of this code are taken seriously.

This type of behaviour is childish, unproductive, and damaging — not only to both clubs, but to the hobby as a whole. It does nothing to support current members and actively discourages new members and participants from becoming involved.

This behaviour is to cease immediately.

All QLD Onroad clubs are committed to maintaining a respectful, welcoming, and positive environment for all racers, volunteers, officials, and supporters. We expect all members to uphold these standards at all times, including online.
