⚙️ Front engine mounts
⚙️ Radiator flush & clean

⚙️ Rectified fuel issues to gain smooth idle

Another EGR DPF to come through with pressurising the cooling system. Upon tear down, liners heights at 0.002” across multiple cylinders and multiple cracks throughout counterbore ledges.

⚙️ CNC machined lower inserts to just south of 0.300” doing away with any need of shims between the liner and counterbore ledge which dealers are limited to using the manual counterbore cutting tool.
⚙️ Upper inserts to rectify fretting and produce an interference fit on the top fl**ge of the liner
⚙️ Crankshaft crack tested, polished and gear replaced
⚙️ Cylinder head cracked through no.4 injector port
⚙️ Flywheel housing with multiple cracks
⚙️ Balanced new pistons
⚙️ All gaskets & seals replaced
⚙️ Lower temp oil & coolant thermostats installed
