I am sad to say, I have no choice but to close down my business of 28 years. Due to covid19 restrictions and customers refusing to pay me for work being done, I have not been able to pay my bills.
I thank each and every one of my followers for your support over the years.
Realestate has told me to get out and gave me until Tuesday night to do so.
Bit tough to pack up 3 and a half years, sorting through ex wife's left behind stuff as well as my own.
Don't know where I will go as I can not afford 1000 dollar a week rent and I've got too much gear to move back into suburbia.
A lot of stuff like the old Chinese motor bikes and quads I bombed will most likely go to scrap.
I will sell off items really cheap, like ride on mower and push mower with an 11.5hp Honda engine. And a host of other gear.

Hyundai Veloster knock in power steering. 2 hour completion.I don't understand why Hyundai put grease in with these rubber couplings. Petroleum products destroy rubber over time.
That's why the couplings look like they melted.

Can anyone tell what is wrong with the brakes?I'll give you a hint. Something is not installed correctly.

Checked a Ford Kuga out.
Plugged in my scan tool to read what fault codes there were. OMG, apparently every gear in the transmission was too high. Hmmmm, more like running out of oil because of a leaking shaft seal.

That's a fun way of doing sump seals on a 4JH1 in a Rodeo. Both seals were as hard as rocks and leaking oil.

To remove the engine sump from this rodeo, the front diff has to be lowered.
Sump leaking oil from both end seals.
The diff bushing metal sleeve has completely rusted to the bolts and torn the bush to bits. A day in the life of a motor mechanic.

Apparently you can't remove this cover from the front of the injection pump on an Isuzu NPR 300 with the injection pump in place. The entire pump apparently has to be removed to change the leaking o ring. So no one can see that I've removed it and the pump is still in the engine.

Made up this winch cradle to fit in between the chassis rails of a GU Patrol. Got no chance of this one being ripped off...

Volvo XC90 V8 4.4 liter Alternator replacement.
Very much fun to be had.
Engine must be partially lowered down to remove and replace the Alternator. It is bolted to the lower part of the engine block under the brake booster.
